We are very happy to share our experiences with you. Let's start with IT: the tasks were very varied and a lot of fun. For example, we set up an operating system and installed various components in a housing with a pre-installed mainboard.<\/p>\n
Then we went to the production department. There we were given the task of accompanying the manufacturing process of a chessboard and a devil's knot, so that we could familiarise ourselves with all the departments. We found the veneer work in particular really exciting, as the precise assembly of the individual pieces of veneer was very demanding. Only when you go through the entire process from start to finish do you realise how varied and interesting the carpentry profession is. At the end of the work placement, we were allowed to see the devil's knot and the chessboard, which we both made ourselves, as our work placement pieces and take them home with us. A great memory!<\/p>\n
The process was very well structured, even with a personalised schedule for us. We were never left alone, i.e. if we had any questions, there was always someone at our side to help us. We also found the integration of us as interns into the VEDDER team to be very positive. We were welcomed openly, treated with respect and immediately included in the kicker team. Having fun at work and in the breaks is simply part of it at VEDDER!<\/p>\n
The internship at VEDDER was a real enrichment for us and was a lot of fun. Thank you for the great, varied time and the exciting insights into all of your departments!<\/p>\n
