ADDITIONAL SERVICES

In addition to your salary, we offer you the following additional payments:

  • Holiday pay and Christmas bonus: each 75% of a gross monthly salary
  • VEDDER company pension scheme (bAV): €25 per month in addition to the fixed allowance of 15% of the converted remuneration in accordance with the Company Pension Reinforcement Act (prerequisite: minimum employee contribution: €22)
  • Capital-forming benefits: Entitlement of €27 per month (part-time employees pro rata)
  • Employee referral programme: receive bonuses of €500 to €1,500 for referring new employees
  • JobRad: As a VEDDER employee, you have the opportunity to lease up to two bicycles free of tax and social security contributions (not eligible: Employees in their probationary period, fixed-term employment contracts, trainees). We cover the insurance costs (for one bicycle).
  • Loyalty pays off: long-serving employees receive bonus payments depending on how long they have been with the company. 
HEALTH MANAGEMENT (BGM)

Your health is important to us. In addition to sports programmes, we pay attention to ergonomics and health protection in your workplace.

  • Company sport 4.0: we promote membership of the company fitness network Wellpass. This allows you to train in over 6,000 high-quality fitness and sports facilities throughout Germany and also from anywhere with the Wellpass digital offer. Alternatively, we subsidise prevention courses.
