Our trainees offerwe:

  • 1st year of training € 1,000 (except BGJ Bavaria)

    Addition BGJ Bavaria: Your commitment pays off!
    Additional monthly remuneration of EUR 300 in the 2nd year of training
    Prerequisite: Successful completion of the BGJ

  • 2nd year of training € 1,050 
  • 3rd year of training € 1,200
  • 4th year of training € 1,250 

You will also receive a €150 Christmas bonus in each year of training. 

  • VEDDER company pension scheme (bAV): €25 per month in addition to the fixed allowance of 15% of the converted remuneration in accordance with the Company Pension Reinforcement Act (prerequisite: minimum employee contribution: €22)
  • Capital-forming benefits: Entitlement of €27 per month

  • Flexible working hours (flexitime, core time) - in coordination with the specialist department

As everyone needs a break from time to time, you have the following holiday entitlement per calendar year (based on a 5-day week):

  • 0-2 years of service: 28 working days
  • after 2 years of service: 29 working days

As everyone needs a break from time to time, at VEDDER, in addition to the statutory minimum entitlement of 20 working days per calendar year (based on a 5-day week), you have additional Holiday days. These are granted as follows:

  • 0-2 years of service: 8 additional working days
  • after 2 years of service: 9 additional working days

At VEDDER you have the option of a company pension scheme (bAV), Here we offer the following additional service:

  • 25 per month in addition to the fixed subsidy of 15% of the converted remuneration in accordance with the Company Pension Strengthening Act (prerequisite: minimum employee contribution: €22)

On Capital-forming benefits you are entitled to €27 per month (part-time employees on a pro rata basis).

Receive in our Employee referral programme Bonuses of €500-1500 for the placement of new employees.

Environmentally friendly travelling with the JobRad! As a VEDDER employee, you have the opportunity to lease up to two bicycles free of tax and social security contributions (not eligible: Employees in their probationary period, fixed-term employment contracts, trainees). We bear the insurance costs (for one bicycle).

Loyalty is worth it! Depending on the length of service, long-serving employees receive Premium payments.
