On Friday 5 September 2025, the time had come again - the annual trainee outing was imminent.
Our trainees and their trainers travelled to a 4D arena in Sankt Englmar.
There they were able to put their skills and patience to the test in neon minigolf and archery.
Afterwards, tasty burgers from the Alte Mühle provided refreshment and the trainees took the opportunity to get to know each other better and talk to each other.
Back in Haidlfing, the trainees were given a challenging scavenger hunt through the company building, where they had to put their knowledge and teamwork to the test. The day was rounded off with an egg-running course, where there was plenty of laughter.
It was a very successful excursion and all the new trainees were able to integrate into the team right from the start and get to know each other better.
