It was that time of year again – our annual trainee outing at both our Wallersdorf and Lüdinghausen sites was just around the corner.
The group from Wallersdorf headed for the heights – specifically, the high ropes course in Voglsam. Those who preferred a more low-key activity could play mini-golf on site. The trainees from Lüdinghausen visited the Winkelheide company and gained fascinating insights during a tour of the premises.
After an eventful day, the trainees rounded off the outing with a meal together. This gave them plenty of time to chat and get to know one another better.
It was a successful outing, during which the new trainees in particular were able to make new contacts and demonstrate their ability to work as a team.
